This Nicholas maried Mary Da. of Yalentyn Hartop of Burton Laser in the county of Leicester, Esquier. by whom he had yssue two sonnes and two daughters, William Stringer died without yssue, Nicholas Stringer who maried Alice Da. to Sir Frauncis South sister to Sir John South of Kelston in the county of Lincolne, Knight, Anne Stringer maried to Tho. Jobson of'Cudworth in the "county of Yorke, Esquier, and Elizabeth Stringer maried to John Copley of Doncaster in the county of Yorke, Gent, This Certificate was taken the xxix lh of May 1637 at Sutton aforesaid by John Newton Deputy to the Office of Armes and testified by Nicholas Stringer, Gent, eldest sonne and heire of the defunct under his hand.
