Sir Hugh Myddleton c. 1560 - 1631
Sir Hugh Myddleton , 6th son. of Basinghall (Bassishaw), St, London and Bush Hill, Edmonton, Middx. Later of The Lodge, Talybont, Cardiganshire. Issue - 7 sons and 6 daus. He purchased Ruthin Park in 1614, and leased the town's castle in 1617 He made The New River (a water company for London).
