, Founded an accountancy practice which became Hill Vellacott. Author of Jones' English System of Bookkeeping (1796). Proprietor of Waunfor Colliery at Risca, South Wales and coal merchant in Bristol until 1821 when he moved to London. Was he apprenticed to John Mallard? He finished training in Bristol in 1788 and moved to London in the 1821.
