Ferguson
, His son John Francis Ferguson continued the firm and for many years was a Deputy lieutenant for Co. Antrim. Like his father before him, he lived in Donegall Place in a house whose site was later occupied by Robinson and Cleaver's department store, and at the time of his death in 1879 was one of the last private residents in that thoroughfare.
