Marriage intended between Henry Ferne and Elizabeth Darell. Release from (1) to (2) of: Messuage, farm or tenement, with crofts divided into four parts called the Crofts, one parcel of ground called Playster, another called Caldwell Lands, another called the over Caldwell, (another called the nether Caldwell, another called the New Parke ...) another called the Rice, another called the Caldwell Pingle, another called the Great Rowe, another called the Little Rowe, another called the May Croft, another called the Long Meadow, another called the pingle and water, moiety of a piece of ground called the Bugmore, another piece called the Stonewall, all the lands of (1) in the Overfeild, all in Over Mayfeild, Middle May feild and Church Mayfield, Staffs. And messuage or tenement and two parcels of land called Bridgeend and Muffeholme in Sheen, Staffs., with common of pasture for 3 score sheep on the sheep walk belonging to Poole Hall in the manor of Hartington; and two selions called Cawdwell lands in a common field in Middle Mayfield, and 4 closes of meadow or pasture called the Middle Hillends (30ac.) in par. Parwich, Derbys., and meadow ground in Parwich in meadow called the Fleet (10 ac. 1r.), and 8 beast gates in the common pasture of Parwich called Hankstowe, and all tithes and ecclesiastical dues upon messuage and lands in Sheen called Bridgeend and Muffeholme. To (2), to the use of Robert Ferne and his heirs until the marriage, then to the use of Henry Ferne for his life, then to the use of (2) as trustees to preserve contingent remainders, then to the use of (3) for her life for jointure, then to the sons of Henry by Elizabeth and their sons and their heirs successively, for default of such to the use of daughters and their heirs, and for default of such to the right heirs of Henry Ferne.
