Additional assignment from Mary Hutton, Dorothy Wallis and Mary Hutton, to Elizabeth Lister and Judith Lister, spinsters, daughters of the late Thomas Lister, of the remaining lands devised by Thomas Lister to the Archbishop, for the residue of the term of 200 years; and release and quitclaim of Mary Hutton, Dorothy Wallis and Mary Hutton from all trusts and uses under the will. Recites that the lands in Sturton and Wheatley, plus lands in Austerfield, were devised to the Archbishop for 200 years as a trustee to ensure the payment of debts and legacies, but that the Archbishop declined to the prove the will and surrendered and released the lands to John Lister by deed dated 23 Oct. 1750, and that the debts and legacies have since been paid off.
