Of Lucas Grange, Hayward's Heath, and II, Stone Buildings, Lincoln's Inn, W.C. A keen archaeologist; also an expert in peerage law. Edited the Text of the Surveys of the Lands of the Abbey of Burton-on-Trent. Did good work among the poor in the East End of London, and helped to found the Working Men's Club in Ratcliff Highway.
