Dr. Gustavus Brown 1689 - 1752
Dr. Gustavus Brown , from Scotland to Md., 1708; vestryman of Port Tobacco Parish and asso. judge of Charles Co. Ct., 1755 He was family physician t George Mason and family. He had nine daughters and five sons. His daughters were known as "the nine Miss Browns".
