JAMES FERMOR, of Tusmore, mentions his son Henry and uncle Richard F., and leaves "5 only to any of his five younger children who turn Religious". [25th August, 1721 December, 1722.] RADNOR SALOP. 51 HENRY FERMOR, of Tusmore, desires burial at Somerton, co. Oxon ; names his eldest son William and brother James ; " any younger child turning Religious between the ages of 21 and 30 to have only 500, but any doing so after 30 years of age to have her full share, viz., 2000 ".
