Dr. Phineas Fowke , Dr. med. President of College of Physicians. d.v.p. proceeded AM 1661 and MD 1668, was admitted a Candidate of the College of Physicians 23rd January, 1676-7, and a Fellow 12th November, 1680. Of LIttle Wyrley where he was living ca 1691.
