Rohan (Rowan) Richard Humphrey Fowke , PRESIDENTS OF THE OOTACAMUND CLUB - 1938 to 1940 - R. FOWKE, ESQ . In 1933, he was chairman of the United Planters' Association of Southern India and Assistant General Manager of the E. &S. Joint Co-op Estates in South India.
