Harry Ker , Lord Ker By a deed of nomination dated 23 Feb 1648 ratified by Act of Parliament his father called to the succession 1st his grandson Sir William Drummomnd, + 1675, then the 3 successive sons of his granddaughter Jean, Countess of Wigtoun & their heirs male., on the condition that the heir succeeding should marry the eldest (or failing her the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th) daughter of his son Harry Kerr, + 1642/3, there being a final remainder to his own heirs male whatsoever.
