Rev. Wilfrid Graham Lescher , O.P. Dominican, Prior of Woodchester (1889). Wilfred Lescher was involved with the rosary and published short essays on catechesis and devotion. Served Dominican missions at Stroud, at Prudhoe hall, Woodchester, Leicester, Haverstock Hill, and hinckley; prior at Woodchester; Superior of Holy Cross, Leicester; Vicar of Stroud. At the 1881 census, he was recorded at the Dominican Priory at Pud Hill, Woodchester, Gloucs. aged 33.
