Sarah Phillips , 7th child? Housemaid for the Griffiths family (1851). At the time of her marriage her residence is noted as Noyadd-Llanarth which was a "country" house. The owners were Griffiths and then (by 1833) Col. Brooke and later Lord Kensington. "Aberystwyth Observer 12 July 1879 CARDIGANSHIRE. NOYADD.LLANARTH ESTATES. THE Noyadd-Llanarth Estates, including the Mansion and Woods, in the parish of Llanarth, and the farms in Llanarth, Llandewi-Aberarth, Llanbadarn-Trefeglws, Mount,, and Verwick, will be SOLD BY AUCTION, about the second week in August next.
