Thomas Scruby , Baker (?) (1841), shopkeeper (grocer) of Orwell and a farmer, employing one man (1851). Grocer and baker (1871). Baker (1876,9). He may be the Thomas who was the enumerator at Orwell for the 1851 census. His gravestone, which he shares with his wife, was standing and legible in 2000.
