This is the lst will and testament of ffrancis fowke of Boughrood
Castle in the county of Radnor esquire I give devise and bequeath all
my real and personal estate of every description subject to the
payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses to my brothers
John ffowke and Edward ffowke their heirs executors admons and assigns
according to the xxxportive nature and qualities thereof upon trust to
dispose of the same by public or private sale or sales and at the same
times or times as they or the survivor of them his heirs executors or
admons shall think proper the whole of which I leave entirely to their
discretion and I direct that their xxxportive xxxx shall be good and
valid discharges to the puchaser or purchasers thereof and that they
the said devisees shall have and be entitled to the indemnities
usually given to trustees and I give and bequeath the produce of such
sale or sales after deducting all expenses incident to and attendent
thereon to them the said John and Edward ffowke and to my other
brothers Richard ffowke Sunderland ffowke and ffrederick ffowke and
also to my sisters Mary Watts widow Henrietta Ffowke Elizabeth Ffowke
and Eliza ffowke their executors admons and assigns to be equally
divided between them and I direct those of my said brothers and
sisters who are now minors shall be entitled to an amount of their
respective shares arriving during their minority when they come of age
but that no sale shall take place till the youngest of them becomes
adult and I appoint the said John ffowke and Edward ffowke executors
of this my will in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 2nd day of May in the year of our Lord 1826

presence of us who have at his request in his presence and in the
presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses hereto Mary

Proved at London 1st June 1826 before the judge by the oaths of John
ffowke and Edward ffowke the brothers and executors to whom admon was
