In the Name of God Amen I Dorothea Jones formerly of Llynon in the
County of Anglesey but now of Bangor in the County of Carnarvon Widow
do make publish and declare this my last will and Testament in manner
and form following, that is to say, In the first place I direct that
all my just Debts Funeral Expenses and the charges proving this my
Will be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named I give and bequeath to
my son Herbert John Herbert Jones the sum of three hundred pounds Also
to my son Valentine Herbert Jones the like sum of three hundred pounds
and to my Daughter Elizabeth Walker the sum of ten pounds: I also give
to my granddaughters Elizabeth Sutton Fort and Mary Emma Faulkener the
sum of ten pounds a piece all which said legacies I direct my
excutrice to pay within twelve calendar months next after my decease I
also give and bequeath unto my five grandchildren children of my late
son Theophilus Herbert Jones Deceased namely William Herbert,
Theophilus John, Sarah Ann, Thomas George and Ursula Josephine the sum
of one hundred pounds equally to be divided between them share and
share alike such share to be paid and payable to each of them upon his
or her attaining the age of twenty one years or being married as after
mentioned But in case of the death of any or either of them previous
to his her or their attaining the said age being a son or sons or
being a daughter or daughters attaining the said age as being married
then and in such case I direct that the share and shares of such of
them so dying shall be paid and payable to and divided amongst the
survivors or survivor of them so attaining the said age or being
married as aforesaid I give my eldest son Humphrey Herbert Jones a
silver soup ladle, two silver sauce boats and a silver marrow spoon
with the crest of an Angria sword engraved thereon respectively but I
exclude (and wish it to be understood that I do so exclude) him from
any further benefit under this my will inasmuch as he will on my death
succeed to his ffather's estate and inasmuch also as I have since the
year one thousand eight hundred and thirteen given upo to him the
ffarm of Tantallt (?_) then set at eighty four pounds a year and have
also given him different articles of ffurniture for his house at
Holyhead and llynon As to all the rest residue and remainder of my
estate money securities for money (whether by mortgages Bonds wills or
otherwise) and all other my goods chattels credits and personal estate
and effects whatsoever of which I may be possessed of or entitled to
at the time of my decease I give and bequeath the same and every part
thereto unto my daughter Ursula Anne Jones absolutely for ever and I
nominate constitute and appoint the said Ursula Anne Jones sole
executrice of this my will hereby revoking and making void all and
every Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declaring
this and this alone to be my last will and testament In Testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of
December one Thousand eight hundred and thirty six.
Signed sealed published and edeclared by the said tesatrice Dorothea
Jones as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who
in her presence at her request and in the presence of each othert have
subcribed our names as witnesses hereto

On the eleventh day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand eight
hundred and thirty nine, the within written will was insinnuated
proved approved and in common form of law decreed valid and
administration granted to the within named executrice Ursula Anne
Jones, she being first sworn in Common form of Law and that teh whole
of the goods chattels and credits of the deceased testatrice do not
amount in value to teh sum of four thousand pounds.
