, Dublin, barrister-at-law. Commissioner. Chairman of the Irish Board of Excise. Of Castle Therry, near Michaelstown. Called to the Irish Bar in 1793. In Clifton, Gloucs., 1800. Appointed a commissioner of revenue by Lord Grenville in 1806. After his father died young, his 1st cousin once removed, Edmund Burke became his guardian.
