George Chapman , Barrington Chronicle: 1828 RIOT: The five Barrington Rioters ( on whom was a bill of indictment last quarter sessions, which bill the grand jury threw out ), were Saturday last commited to Gaol to hard labour for two months, for unlawful destruction of property, they being unable to pay the fine and costs imposed upon them by act of Parliament for the said offence. Their names are, William SMITH, George CHAPMAN, John NEVES, Peter MORLEY, and William DELLAR. ( October 31. Page 3 ) Is this he?
