Parallel to Salmon Lane and Cayley street, all three run east off White Horse street, which runs north from Commercial Road East to Ben Jonson Lane. He probably worked at E Goodhart Son & Co, Horseferry Rd, Stepney, London, on the entrance to Regent's canal. This was one of the last remaining refineries in the area.
