Manor of lordship of Wispington and capital messuage or mansion house with appurtenances and several closes and parcels of lands, meadow, and pasture in Wispington (described): eight messuages or tenements and farms in Wispington (described) and other lands; two messuages or tenements with appurtenances in Winthorpe, Addlethorpe, and Burgh; messuage or tenement and farm with appurtenances in Baumber; messuage or tenement with appurtenances in Horsington: cottage or tenement with hereditaments in Horsington; impropriate rectory of Wispington and advowson of the vicarage of Wispington (all late the estate of John Phillips); and messuage or tenement called the New Hall with appurtenances in Walmsgate and closes and parcels of land, meadow, and pasture appertaining to the said messuage (described): and all the right and title of Phillips Glover to a rate or composition of 4s. 2d. for tithe hertofore annually payable for tithe of the Lea Close; and water mill and millhouse in Walmsgate, and close of pasture ground there called Miller Carr (2 ac.) and closes of pasture in Walmsgate called Crooked Close (1½ ac.) and Haven Carr (2 ac.), all purchased by Phillips Glover from Charles Wood.
