, eldest of six children. Unitarian minister. ca 1829=31 he was assistant to John Robberds, minister pf Cross Street Chapel, Newcastle and meets his future wife, who was visiting with John Robberd's sister in law, Anne Turner. In 1832 living in 14 Dover st., Manchester.
