Richard Hearon + post 1771
Richard Hearon , http://www.myfamilies.co.uk/EBentall/pafn37.htm : " from a Land deed dated 5 Dec 1826 at York, Between William Hutchinson Hearon and The Lord Mayor of York, William Cooper Esq, Lord Mayor 1826. Re and Indeture of Lease and Release dated 8+9 Nov 1826. The lease between W H Hearon Esq, and The Lord Mayor and Commonality of York. Basically W H Hearon is selling a Close to the Lord Mayor. It includes a Garden and nursery. They were originially Purchased by William's father, Richard Hearon when he was a Trustee of the Estate of Daniel Petch, which was then left to Richard's Wife Mary (Nee Savage - I know this does not fit, but it is what I wrote down). It was near the Bar Walls, in the parish of St Lawrence, and was called Long Close. It had about 4 acres of land of the pasture and meadow type. This was an Absolute conveyance, consideration for £3150. (Mention is also made of Ann Isabella Wallis, W H Hearon's wife."
