Recites deed of even date herewith whereby another messuage and premises in Checkendon were conveyed to John Douglas Finney on trust for 1. and heirs. Recites that the deeds in the schedule relate to both premises. Now, 1. agrees to produce deeds in schedule. Deeds date from 20 November 1727 to 20 July 1811 PLACES: CHECKENDON SIGNATURES: Fredk.
