He/resided many years in the East Indies and was/sometime Governor at Gambroon and afterwards/represented the Borough of Lemster in Herefordshire/in Parliament and departed this life on the/16th day of February 1771 in the 87th year of his age/bequeathing his estate to his nephew Sir James/Peachey of West Dean in this county.
