F.S.A.; F.R.G.S. Married, Feb. 4, 1863, Anne, dau. of Humphrey Sandwith, M.D., of Hull, and had issue. Lived subsequently at Cheltenham, and at Worthing, where he died Sept. 26, 1902. Brother of Josiah J. (1834). (Letter from his son; Burke, L.G.; Fox-Davies, Armorial Families.) Issue - 2 children 1881 census recorded him as without care of souls, in Cheltenham with his wife, son, Marmaduke. Retired Clerk In Holy Orders (1891).
