Teresa Mary Robinson , p 180, Sep 1 1811 - The Monthly magazine During a tremdous thunderstorm, on Sunday August 9th, as the amily of mr Robinson, of South Park, near Hedon, Yorkshire, was sitting in the parlour after supper, the lightning entered the room, and Mr S Robinson, aged 28 years, who was sitting with his head close to the bell handle, which had served as a conductor to the electric fluid, was instantly struck ead. The two Misses RObinson, and a Mr haggerstone, were slightly bruised.
