Karl I Ludwig von Wittelsbach 1617 - 1680
Karl I Ludwig von Wittelsbach , or Charles Louis. More issue. by the Treaty of Westphalia, he was awarded an extra electorate, but had to give up the Upper Palatinate (that area of Northern Bavaria including the town of Sulzbach) He was 18 years old when ca 1636 he went to England and stayed tehre with Price Rupert (of the Rhine) for a bout two years. Then in Jul 1642, he went to England again for a short while.
