, (also called Tom Tabard) (elected 1292 by [Missing XREF c-planta40081], King of England, thus ending the "First Interregnum"), Baron of Bywell in Northumberland (forfeited 1285). He abdicated 1296 thus inaugerating the "Second Interregnum" which last until 1306 when [Missing XREF c-bruce40065] seized the throne.
