SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: Recites conveyance of 4 July 1843 whereby 2. covenanted for production of deeds listed in schedule relating to freehold property called Romers or Romer Hedge, Checkendon, which he conveyed to George David Donkin by deed of even date therewith. Recites deed of even date herewith whereby another messuage and premises in Checkendon were conveyed to John Douglas Finney on trust for 1. and heirs.
