Leaves his capital messuage and demesne lands called Dronwy in the parish of Llanfachraeth, co. Anglesey to his wife Mary during her life. After her death, or remarriage or if she leaves the aforesaid house, the uses in an indenture of release of 1770 are to come into effect. Also leaves £800 (£300 of which is invested in the Turnpike Trust from Borth ferry to Holyhead) and other money due from various bonds, making £1000 in all, to trustees Humphrey Jones and William Vickers in trust to pay the interest to his wife during her life. On her death the money is to be divided amongst his children over which division his wife is to have powers of appointment. In case of default of issue £500 is to go to his trustees and £500 to the 3 children of his late wife Susannah Margaret. The trustees are to pay the interest on another sum of £600 secured by a bond to his wife Mary during her life or to be used to secure her the peaceable possession of his capital mansion house during her life. Leaves £600 to be shared between his children, Margaret and Catherine, by his late wife. Leaves all his household goods and ready money to his trustees in trust - his wife is to have the use of the household goods during her life. If he has any children by her at the time of his death, the money is to be invested and the proceeds paid to his wife. On the death of his wife the goods are to be disposed of and the proceeds shared between his present wife's children.
