R. of Over, Cambs., 1768-72. Inherited the estate of Stoke from his great-uncle, Wm. Bath. Died 1772. Admon. (P.C.C.) Apr. 1772. Brother of Nevil(1749) (Burke, L.G.). ------------- He took his BA in 1747 and became a Fellow of trinity and unsuccessful candidate for the professorship of hebrew in Jul 1753. He took Holy Orders (a requirement for a Fellow of Trinity).
